Standard Products
Standard products are items sold without any personalization or custom modifications.
Returns
We accept return requests for standard products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn.
- The item is in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging where possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customized & Personalized Products
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are produced specifically according to the customer's selections and specifications.
Examples include:
- Products featuring custom names, text, dates, photographs, or artwork.
- Personalized apparel, mugs, posters, phone cases, or other made-to-order items.
- Any product marked as "Personalized" or "Customized" on the product page.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized or personalized products due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Customer-selected sizing issues
- Customer-selected colors or design choices
- Personal preference after delivery
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If any product arrives:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect compared to the order placed
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A full refund
- A partial refund
at our discretion.
Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.
Refunds will not be issued solely due to shipping delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Circumstances beyond our control
Print Variations
Minor variations in color, print placement, scale, and appearance may occur due to different printing processes, screen settings, and manufacturing methods. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
